• Waterless Services → We eliminate soaking to reduce unnecessary moisture exposure, minimize bacterial risk, and protect the integrity of the skin barrier.

• Sanitation Protocols → Tools are disinfected with EPA-registered solutions after every client. Single-use items are disposed of responsibly.Implements are cleaned, disinfected, and stored separately in designated clean/used areas.

• Eco-Conscious Products → We use non-toxic, gentle gel systems and nourishing products from the Acclaim Skin line to promote long-term nail health.

• Protective Environment → Masks and gloves are worn as needed, and surfaces are sanitized frequently.

Before your appointment

To ensure a smooth and safe visit, please:

• Arrive with clean, bare nails (no polish, dip, or acrylic if removal was not booked).

• Wash your hands or use provided sanitizer upon arrival.

• Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities ahead of time.

• For everyone’s safety, please reschedule if you are experiencing illness, flu-like symptoms, or recent exposure.

During your appointment

• Expect a waterless service—warm towels replace soaking for comfort + safety.

• Every service includes Acclaim Skin products to nourish and hydrate your skin.

• Quiet or chatty? The experience is up to you—let us know your vibe preference.

• For your protection: we cannot perform services on nails that are infected, inflamed, broken, or swollen.

Accommodating Health Needs

We recognize that soaking, especially in hot water, can worsen certain skin conditions by drying the skin and making it prone to cracks and bacteria entry points. That’s why our focus is on waterless care paired with products that add moisture and elasticity back into the skin.
