Age Requirement

  • Services are reserved for clients 18 years and older.

    This allows me to maintain a focused, calm, and professional studio environment.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment to secure future bookings.

    • Excessive rescheduling may result in limited booking privileges.

    Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

    • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service.

    • In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No-Shows

  • No-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

    Respecting scheduled time allows the studio to operate smoothly for all clients.

    If you experience an issue, please reach out within 48 hours so I can assess and make appropriate adjustments.
