Studio policies.

At Acclaim Nailz, every client deserves a smooth, stress-free experience. These policies are in place to protect your time, my time, and the quality of your service. Thank you for respecting them. 💫

Age Requirement

  • Services are for clients 18+ only.

Deposits

  • A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or reschedule, with the deposit forfeited.

No-Shows

  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.

Refunds

  • All services are final sale.

  • If you experience an issue with your nails, please contact me within 48 hours so I can make it right.

Payments

  • Accepted forms of payment: card, cash, digital wallets, etc.

  • All payments are due at the end of service.
