These policies protect your time, my craft, and the quality of your results.

Age Requirement

• High school-aged clients are welcome with parent or guardian permission.

For clients under 18, parent or guardian consent is required prior to receiving services.

Guests

• One additional guest is welcome during your appointment.

Due to the intimate size of the studio and limited seating, please limit additional guests to one person.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    • Repeated short-notice cancellations may require prepayment to secure future bookings.

    • Excessive rescheduling may result in limited booking privileges.

    Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Late Arrivals

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

    • Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service.

    • In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

    Punctuality ensures every client receives the full Acclaim experience.

No-Shows

  • No-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

    Respecting scheduled time allows the studio to operate smoothly for all clients.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • All services are considered final sale.

    If you experience an issue, please reach out within 48 hours so I can assess and make appropriate adjustments.

  • Accepted forms of payment: card, cash, and digital wallets.

    Full payment is due at the end of your service.
